It was a fantastic day at Berwickshire Show with our yearling heifer Rulesmains Royal Lynn P503 standing Aberdeen-Angus champion before going on to be overall cattle champion. This March 2014-born Rawburn Black Hawk L261 daughter is out of the Rawburn Randolph F555 sired dam Rulesmains Royal Lynn H944.

In the yearling heifer class Blelack Eyrie P283 stood second behind Royal Lynn. Purchased privately for £5000 this April 2014-born heifer is by Blelack Egotist K531 and out of Blelack Eyrie K595, a Netherallan Peter Pershore E052 daughter.

In the cow class Deveron Jasmine Erica J272 stood first, born in 2009 she is by Blackhaugh Easy Papa G733 and out of Morven Juana Erica A192, a Coldstream Dominator daughter. She was shown with her April born bull calf at foot by Hallington Edition M362. Standing second to her was the 2011 born Rawburn Duke Winston H831 daughter Rulesmains Karen L239, she is out of Rulesmains Kinannie J985, a DMM Posi-Traction 57P daughter.

We also won the 2015-born calf class with Rulesmains Kitty R621, a January 2015-born Hallington Edition M362 daughter. Her dam is Rulesmains Kitty L241, a Rawburn Duke Winston H831 daughter. Standing second to her was Rulesmains Jedburgh Eric R707, Deveron Jasmine Erica J272’s Hallington Edition M362 son.
